The process of collecting Wild fish from the African lakes to arriving in the UK, is a rather complex process.
Our stock is caught by experienced divers, with the fish going through several periods of assesmnet and quarentine before being offered for sale by us.
Our trusted courier delivers on weekdays between Tuesday and Thursday before 12pm. We charge a shipping fee of £20 per box.
Collection of your online purchase can be made by prior arrangement from CV211TT.
All our stock is professionally packed, oxygenated and given a 40 hour heat pack.
The polystyrene box is clearly marked as carrying live fish.
We pride ourselves in the quality and robustness of our stock. However if any of your fish have perished during their journey we will offer a no quibble replacement.
All we ask is that you send us a short video of the affected fish.
